New faunistic records and all known records of Dolomedes plantarius from the Dyje river basin are presented in this paper. Dolomedes plantarius is a rare spider species which lives among vegetation in littorals of ponds and on wetlands. Only three areas of occurrence are known from the Czech Republic – Třeboňsko, Českolipsko and recently South Moravia (along the Dyje river). All 10 faunistics records from the Dyje river basin are summarized and new records are commented.
