A total of 149 spider species from 23 families and 3 harvestmen species from 2 families were found during the zoological research of several sites in Podyjí National Park during 2017. 56 of the species found are listed in the Red List of Spiders of the Czech Republic. The most interesting species are Agyneta fuscipalpa (C. L. Koch, 1836), Alopecosa striatipes (C. L. Koch, 1839), Drassyllus pumilus (C. L. Koch, 1839), Microdipoena jobi (Kraus, 1967), Panamomops inconspicuus (Miller &
Valešová, 1964), Pardosa maisa Hippa &
Mannila, 1982, Xysticus ninnii Thorell,
1872 and the harvestman Egaenus convexus (C. L. Koch, 1835).
